  Lived here for 7 years and several different property managers and numerous changes of neighbors. I am in no hurry to move. Landscaping is nothing fancy but is kept well. Outdoor pool is well maintained as are the common areas. Whatever maintenance issues may arise they are quickly tended to. New lights in common areas, repairs to the gazebo or mail center, or trash compactor etc. Interior maintenance requests are generally handled within a few days at worst, and at best you better be dressed when you call because they will come right over. My neighbors have been pretty good over the years, a couple of drama queens and loud stompers but riff raff is quickly encourage to move on when the lease comes up. Apartment is a good size with big room, W/D hook up in unit. Brand new appliances when I moved in. The place seriously looked like no one ever lived here before. Cheap apartment grade everything - which is to be expected, but I have no complaints.
